Salah-il-Din, Tikrit (IraqiNews.com) A police officer was wounded when an Adhesive Explosive Device AED exploded to the north of Tikrit city.Security source mentioned to the correspondent of IraqiNews.com “The AED, which was attached to the vehicle of the Police Captain, exploded in Kanaos village in the Left Coast area of Shurqat district of northern Tikrit city.””The Police Captain was wounded due to the explosion and he was transported by the ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment while the security forces cordoned the explosion scene off for investigations,” the source added. \END\
