Nusayif urges permanent members of UNSC to support Iraq regarding Kuwaiti issues

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aliya Nusayif, called the permanent members of the United Nations’ Security Council to “Support Iraq against the Kuwaiti violations to the Iraqi territories.”

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, she said “The UNSC allowed Kuwait to possess the Iraqi territories according to its decision No. 833 during the former regime that aimed at making his rule to last long time and ignored the consequences of this decision.”

“The permanent members of the UNSC and Russia in particular, have to reconsider this decision since the Iraqis have not guilt over the policy of the former regime,” she concluded.
