Urgent – A lot of weapons prepared to be smuggled to Free Syrian Army seized in Maysan

Maysan (IraqiNews.com) Security force foiled on Wednesday an operation to smuggle large amounts of weapons and munitions in Maysan province that were prepared for smuggling to the Free Syrian Army across Anbar province.

The media advisor for Maysan Operations Command, Mohaned al-Hashimi, told IraqiNews.com on Wednesday “Security force from the intelligence department of Maysan and Basra province seized large amounts of weapons and munitions in Dideer district between the two provinces which were prepared for smuggling through Anbar to the Syrian rebels.”
