Urgent – .Security official survives assassination in Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) The Commander of Emergency Police Regiments in Nineveh survived assassination in southern Mosul on Friday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Colonel, Khalid al-Hamdani, survived assassination when a roadside bomb exploded targeting his motorcade in Hamam al-Alil area of southern Mosul,” noting that “Hamdani was not injured due to the explosion that injured two of his guards.”

“The ambulances hurried to the explosion area to transfer the injured to the hospital while the explosion area was cordoned to search about the doers,” the source concluded.
