Nijaifi responsible for hurdling parliament role, says Awadi

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ihsan al-Awadi, of the State of Law Coalition accused the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, of hurdling the role of the parliament by keeping it busy with political disputes.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “Nijaifi is responsible for hindering the parliament since six months.”

“There are foreign agendas for hurdling the parliament to topple the Government,” he added.

“There are important laws hindered by the parliament like the Infrastructure Law, Social Security and Oil and Gas law,” he concluded.
