Police Commander survived assassination attempt

Salah-il-Din, Tikrit (IraqiNews.com) The Commander of the Police Department in the Left Coast area has underwent an assassination attempt due to an Improvised Explosive Device explosion to the north of Tikrit city.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Saturday “The IED, which was emplaced at a roadside, exploded targeting the motorcade of the Police Department Commander in Sadera village of Shurqat district of Tikrit city.”
