KA MP describes dropping charges against Jobouri as “Politicized decision”

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Hassan Jihad, of the Kurdistani Alliance described the judicial decision over dropping the charges against the former MP, Mashaan al-Jobouri, as “A politicized decision.”

Jobouri assured that the judiciary dropped the charges against him and he will participate in the next Provincial Councils elections in Salah il-Din provinces, assuring his support for forming a political majority government and forming a western region in addition to the partition of the Kurds from Iraq as being “Disloyal part to Iraq.”

Jihad stated to IraqiNews.com “All know that everything in Iraq is politicized and dropping the charges against Jobouri is a politicized decision,” noting that “We cannot say that it is a judicial decision.”

Earlier, the head of al-Ahrar bloc, Baha al-Araji, stated on April 2012 “Dropping the charges against Jobouri in 11:34 minutes in the trial confirms the duality in the performance of the judiciary.”

It is worth mentioning that Jobouri handed over himself to the Criminal Court to attend the trial against him where the Court dropped all the charges against him.
