Soldiers killed, injured western Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Two Iraqi soldiers were killed and three others were injured due to an IED in Abu Ghraib district of western Baghdad.

Security source told Iraqi News “An IED that was planted in a roadside in Abu Ghraib exploded targeting army patrol, resulting in killing two of the soldiers and sounding three others.”

“Security force blocked the explosion spot and transported the dead bodies of the victims to the morgue while the injured were taken to hospital,” the source added.
