Mutalibi: One of Esawi’s violations, giving residences to powerful governmental officials

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Saad al-Mutalibi, of the State of Law Coalition stated that one of the violations of the Finance Minister, Rafi al-Esawi, is giving residences to some powerful governmental officials.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “There are some violations by Esawi such as distributing the financial grants arbitrarily in addition to changing the kind of the lands to be resident ones and granting them to some political sides.”

“Another violation is that Esawi sent some students abroad without notifying the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research where they were not included within the terms and conditions,” he concluded.

It is worth mentioning that Esawi announced his resignation in front of the demonstrators where the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki refused to approved it till completing the investigations against him for the administrational and financial corruption.
