PM, Serbia’s defense minister confer Iraqi forces’ arming, training

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Premier Nouri al-Maliki and the Serbian Minister of Defense Dragan Sutanovac discussed on Thursday methods to train and arm Iraqi security forces. “Al-Maliki received Sutanovac in Baghdad today,” said a release issued by the premier’s office and received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The two sides discussed methods of direct cooperation to provide the Iraqi army with equipment, arms, and training,” it added.
