Kobler condemns assassinating Harbi

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The UN Secretary General’s Special Representative for Iraq, Martin Kobler, condemned assassinating the head of the Arab Iraqiya Slate in Diyala province, Najim al-Harbi.”

The media office of the UNAMI headed by Kobler, reported on Sunday “Kobler condemns in the strongest terms the killing of the local elections’ nominee, Harbi.”

The UN’s Special Representative denounced all forms of electoral violence, expressing his sincere condolences to the late nominee’s family.

The nominee, Harbi was killed on Sunday due to IED targeting his motorcade in Muqdadiya district associated to Diyala province.
