Sadrist MP assures involvement of Media & Communication Commission in corruption issues

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ali al-Timimi, of al-Ahrar bloc assured having documents that prove the involvement of the Media and Communication Commission in corruption issues.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “Al-Ahrar bloc aims at fighting corruption and summon those who waste the public fund in the Media and Communication Commission to support their personal interests.”

“The officials of the Commission politicized its performance to serve a certain political side in addition to employing dozens of those who belong to that political side without taking the terms and conditions into account,” he added, noting that “Al- Ahrar bloc has many files that prove the involvement of the Commission in the financial and administrational corruption.”
