Dhi-Qar police receives tip over terrorists’ plan to attack voting centers

Dhi-Qar (IraqiNews.com) The Police Command of Dhi-Qar province declared getting intelligence information over terrorist attacks on elections day.

A source of Dhi-Qar Police Command mentioned to IraqiNews.com “The intelligence information reported the intention of armed groups to attack the voting centers during the local elections day in Dhi-Qar province.”

“The intelligence information also revealed the armed groups’ determination to attack the public places and the crowded areas to destabilize the security in the province,” the source added.
