Iraq collects six awards in Khaliji Film Festival
(IraqiNews.com) Iraq has won six awards in Khaliji Film Festival which was concluded in Dubai under the auspices of Sheikh Majid the son of Dubai Governor Mohamed Bin Rashed al-Maktoum.The Iraqi, Khalid al-Bayati, won the best talented award for his movie(Balloons) in the official competition of short movies, while Hickmat al-Baythani and Hayder Jumaa won the second award and the third award went to Isam Jafar in the same competition.
In the formal competition of Khaliji short movies, Luay Fadhel won the best director award for his movie (Cotton) and the best movies award went to Kobe Van Steinberg, Hendrik Vrithi for their movie (Messi Baghdad).
During the formal competition of long Khaliji movies, Hayder Rasheed, got the third award for the movie of (Expected Rai) in participation of Iraq, Italy, Kuwait, and the UAE. \END\
