Urgent – IEDs exploded, dismantled near electoral center in southern Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) An Improvised Explosive Device exploded near an electoral center in Latifiya area of southern Baghdad.

The spokesperson of the Independent High Electoral Commission, Muqdad al-Shirifi, stated in a press conference “An IED exploded near an electoral center in Latifiya area of southern Baghdad where another IED dismantled near the same center.”

“The center is still opened for the citizens to participate in the elections,” he concluded.
