Mutleg: Security forces disturb voters\

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Premier, Salih al-Mutleg, the leading figure within the Iraqiya Coalition, accused the security forces of disturbing the voters’ arrival to the voting centers in Diyala and southern Baghdad.

Mutleg, after he voted, told IraqiNews.com on Saturday “More than 2500 citizens in Raka district of Diyala were prevented by the security forces from getting to the voting centers.”

“The security forces in southern Baghdad also prevented the people there from getting to the voting centers including Abu Ghraib district,” he added noting “The security forces have to facilitate the arrival of the voters to the polling centers and the curfew should be lifted as well.”

Mutleg stressed “This disturbance is adopted for favor of certain sides and certain sect.”
