Iraqi Ambassador to Beirut meets Lebanese PM

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Ambassador in Beirut, Omar Al Barzanchi, visited Lebanese Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, on the end of his mission in Lebanon.

A statement by the Foreign Ministry received by IraqiNews.com cited “Mikati praised the efforts made by Barzanchi for the development and strengthening of the bilateral relations between the two countries.” “Barzanchi also met with the Lebanese parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, for the same reason where the latter appreciated Barzanchi’s activities and role,” the statement concluded.
