Iraq, France discuss investment cooperation in free zones

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The General Authority for Free Zones associated to the Finance Ministry discussed with the Economic Department at the French embassy in Iraq the enhancement of the investment cooperation between both sides and possibility of attracting the French companies to invest in the free zones.

The GAFZ said “A delegation from the French embassy visited the Free Zones and inspected the legislations adopted by the free zones and the privileges presented to the investors.”

“The two sides stressed the need to continue the coordination between them to upgrade the mutual cooperation and exploit the available opportunities for investment,” it added.
