Iraq, Armenia to promote bilateral relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Head of the Foreign Relations Parliamentary Committee, Humam Hamoodi, hosted the Ambassador of Armenia to Iraq, Murad Moradian, at his office in Baghdad on Saturday.According to statement issued by Hamoodi’s office received by IraqiNews.com “The two sides discussed during the meeting the means to promote the cooperation relations between the two countries and the possibility to inaugurate a direct travel air line between Iraq and Armenia.””The meeting included discussing the traveling procedures for ten children with heart diseases to Armenia for treatment during next May,” the statement added.”The two sides discussed promoting the commercial relations and linking the two countries by extending a railway network across Iran,” the statement pointed out. \END\
