IP wounded in Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Iraqi policeman was wounded while he was dismantling an Improvised Explosive Device IED to the north of Tikrit city.Security source reported to IraqiNews.com ”The IED, which was emplaced near a governmental directorate, was discovered by the police elements in Salman village in Shurqat district of northern Tikrit city.””The policeman was wounded while defusing the IED,” the source added.”The security forces launched a raid-search campaign in the area, in search of the offenders,” the source pointed out.
