Kirkuk tribes declare supporting security forces

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) A tribal gathering called for tribes’ disarmament and supporting the security forces.The correspondent of IraqiNews.com reported in Wednesday “The tribal gathering, which comprised more than eight tribes, in Hawija district discussed the strained security situation after storming the protests yard.”The tribes assured “Its support to peaceful coexistence and rejecting armed clashes,” demanding to “Avoid sectarian speech and arming tribes.” Some Iraqi provinces witness tense security crisis between the security forces and demonstrators which soon developed into armed clashes.The security crisis was compounded when five unarmed soldiers of the Iraqi Army were assassinated, while they were heading towards their residences, and the security forces demanded to deliver the assassins and expel the intruders among the demonstrators.A force comprisong members of (12) tribes in Anbar was formed to support the security forces and to preserve the security in Anbar province from armed groups. \END\
