Turkmen Eily Party calls to involve Turkmen in running security file in disputed areas

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Turkmen Eily Party called to involve the Turkmen community in running the security file in the disputed areas.

A statement by the TEP received by IraqiNews.com cited “TEP welcomes reaching an agreement between the government and Kurdistan region over running the security file in the disputed areas and settling the disputes between them where it will help in sustaining stability in the area.”

“What are called the disputed areas are Iraqi areas with Turkmen community where it is necessary to involve the Turkmen in running the security file in those areas,” the statement concluded.
