Iraq’s weightlifters to join training camp in Tehran

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Twenty weightlifting coaches will undertake an international training course in the Iranian capital in mid January 2009, the secretary general of Iraq’s Central Weightlifting Federation said on Tuesday. “The training course will last 12 days,” Mohammed Kadhem Muzal told IraqiNews.com. Experts and coaches from the Iranian federation will give lectures during the course. Names of the participating Iraqi athletes will be announced by early next year, Muzal added. SS (P) 1
