Urgent – .SLC, Citizen bloc, Ahrar Coalition win 7 seats for each in Wasit

Wasit (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission announced the final results of the Provincial Council elections in Wasit province.

The member of the Commissioners Council within the IHEC, Serwan Ahmed Rasheed, stated in a press conference attended by IraqiNews.com reporter “The seats of Wasit PC are 28 where one among them is allocated for the quota of the Faili Kurds and seven seats for women.”

“The State of Law Coalition won seven seats equally with the Citizen Coalition that won seven seats and Ahrar Coalition that also got other seven seats.”
