Iraqi-Iranian protocol in weightlifting

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi federation for weightlifting on Wednesday signed a protocol for cooperation with its Iranian counterpart, to exchange experiences and to hold training camps, according to the head of the Iraqi federation. “The Iranian side agreed to hold training programs for Iraqi coaches and referees during the coming period,” Salih Mohammed Kadhom said in a phone call from the Iranian capital, Tehran, with IraqiNews.com news agency. “The agreement also embraces training camps for the Iraqi national teams in Iran, to prepare them for external tournaments,” he added.
