Kobler, Iraqi Ambassador to Kuwait discuss relieving Iraq from 7th Chapter

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Ambassador to Kuwait, Mohamed Hussien Bahr al-Oloum, and the head of the Special Representative of the UN’s Secretary General, Martin Kobler, discussed the efforts exerted to relieve Iraq from the 7th Chapter of the UN Charter.

A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received by IraqiNews.com cited “Bahr al-Oloum met Kobler and the Political Advisor of UNAMI.”

“Both sides discussed the issues related to Iraqi-Kuwaiti bilateral relations in addition to the Iraqi efforts to get rid of the 7th Chapter,” the statement concluded.
