Iraqi ports receive 11 commercial ships

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi seaports associated to the Ministry of Transportation received eleven ships including a ship loaded with more than 52000 tons of wheat for favor of the Trade Ministry.

A statement by the MoT reported that “Um Qasr Port of southern Basra received Irish ship loaded with 52500 tons of wheat. The same Port also received a ship loaded with 586 containers from Cyprus along with another ship loaded with 668 containers from Panama.”

“Maaqal Port of central Basra received eight ships coming from Iran loaded with cement and various cargoes,” the statement added.
