MP attributes instability of security to lack of security plans
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Shwan Taha, of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee attributed the instability of the security situation to the lack of the specialized persons in setting the security plans.
Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The parliament allocated huge budget to the security system within 2013 budget and we did not see any change in the security situation where the problem lies in setting the security plans and having a specialized persons in setting the plans.”
“There are many issues that cause the lack of security such as the corruption and the lack of the military techniques,” he concluded.
