Zibari, top British official discus urge of violence in Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zibari, discussed with Minister of Middle East Affairs at the British Foreign Ministry, the surge of violence in Iraq.

A statement by the British embassy to Baghdad received by IraqiNews.com on Wednesday reported “The Minister of Middle East and North Africa for the British FM, Alistair Bert, expressed via a phone call with Zibari, on Tuesday, his concern towards the violence in Iraq.”

The statement added “Bert expressed his deep sorrow on the victims of the violent operations in Iraq, urging the Iraqi government to find solutions for the current tensions. He called on all sides to practice utmost restraint.”
