Babel Governor calls to replace Babel Police Commander

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Babel Governor, Mohammed al-Masoudi, stated that the Commander of Babel Police Directorate Brigadier General, Abbas Abd Shimran did not deal seriously with a top secret message that he received over the latest bombings.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “Babel province suffers from a clear lack of security due to its security leaders,” noting that “The latest bombings in Hilla city revealed the lack of security.”

He called to “replace Babel Commander due to being unable to run the security file.”

“Unfortunately, Shimran did not deal seriously with the top secret message that he received over the bombings in Hilla where the citizens are the only victims,” he concluded.
