Source: Magrib St. explosion caused by car bomb driven by suicide bomber

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A security source stated to Iraqi News on Thursday that “The explosion which took place in Magrib St. was caused by a car bomb driven by suicide bomber not by an Improvised Explosive Device.””The suicide bomber detonated his car bomb targeting an Iraqi Army patrol nearby the Passports Directorate in Magrib St. of northern Baghdad,” the source added.”The explosion of the car bomb resulted in killing a soldier and wounding six others as well as causing major material damages to the nearby vehicles and buildings,” the source pointed out.Security source reported to IraqiNews.com “An IED exploded in Wazeriya zone near the Passports Directorate in Magrib St. and resulted in killing a civilian and wounding six others.” \END\
