Palestine denies arresting Palestinian charged with detonating 2 car bombs in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Palestinian Ambassador to Iraq, Daleel Qasous denied the reports about arresting a Palestinian on charges of detonating a car bomb in Baghdad on last Monday.

Some media outlets reported security source in Baghdad as saying “mutual security forces managed to foil explosions of two car bombs parked by a Palestinian after he was arrested in Baghdad al-Jadeeda zone of southeastern the capital Baghdad.”

Qasous told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) on Tuesday “We deny those reports which announced arresting a Palestinian man while he was seeking to detonate two car bombs in Baghdad.”

“We are guests in Iraq, so any Palestinian cannot commit such criminal act against the dear Iraqi people where we lived in Iraq 65 years and shared the Iraqis their happiness and sadness,” he added.
