Nusaiyf describes 2 MoUs concluded with Kuwait as illegal

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Aliya Nusaiyf of the Hurra Iraqiya Slate called on Saturday the national elite and the intellectuals in Iraq to pressurize the government and the parliament to abandon the two Memorandum of Understandings the Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zibari concluded with Kuwait recently.

Zibari has concluded on last Tuesday two MoUs with Kuwait related to the border re-demarcation and financing a residential complex in UM Qasr district of Basra province.

Nusaiyf said “These two MoUs were concluded without the awareness of the government and the parliament, therefore they are illegal.”
