Inauguration of new headquarter of Kirkuk Anti-Terrorism Directorate

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) The Police Department of Kirkuk province inaugurated the new headquarter of Kirkuk Anti-Terrorism Directorate on Tuesday.The correspondent of IraqiNews.com reported that “The inauguration of the new Anti-Terrorism Directorate was conducted amid a celebration attended by Kirkuk Governor, Najam al-Din Karim, the Acting Commander of Police Department, Brigadier Torhan Abdul Rahman, the Head of the Security Committee in Kirkuk Provincial Council, Ali Mahdi, the Commander of Peshmerga Brigade, Brigadier Fatah Sherko and the Commander of Asayish Forces, Brigadier Halo Najam Hamza.””The new headquarter of the Anti-Terrorism Directorate is located near the building of the Police Academy far away from the city center while the previous headquarter is situated near 90 area of western Kirkuk province,” the correspondent added. \END\
