Maliki, Sudanese Minister of Investment discuss enhancing common cooperation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier Nouri al-Maliki stressed during his meeting with the Sudanese Minister of Investment, Mustafa Othman Ismael, the importance to expand the cooperation between Iraq and Sudan on all levels.

A statement by the Prime Minister, Maliki’s office said “Maliki received at his office, the Sudanese Minister and his accompanying delegation on last Monday.”

“For his part, The Sudanese Investment Minister stressed his country’s desire to enhance the bilateral relations on all level especially the energy and oil sector and the investments in the agriculture, oil industries and the technical workmanship,” according to the statement.

“The Sudanese delegation expressed their satisfaction to the findings of their meetings held in Baghdad with their counterparts from the Oil and Labor Ministries and the National Investment Commission of Iraq,” the statement concluded.
