Car bomb, arms cache discovered in Falluja

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: A booby-trapped car and an arms cache were found on Wednesday in northern Falluja city, according to an official police chief. “Falluja police department received intelligence tips from local residents about a suspicious-looking car in a deserted area in al-Mukhtar village, northern Falluja,” Col. Mahmoud al-Issawi told IraqiNews.com news agency. Near the location, the police found a cache containing arms, 12 Katyushas, 10 explosive devices, 10 hand grenades, and 14 Austrian-made rockets, the official noted.
