1st Christian pilgrims delegation to arrive in Dhi-Qar next November

Dhi-Qar, Nassiriya (IraqiNews.com) The first group of the Christian pilgrims from Italy will arrive to the Iraqi ancient city UR, which includes the house of the Prophet Ibraheem al-Khalil (Ibraham) (PBUH), next November.

A source of Dhi-Qar Provincial Council stated to IraqiNews.com ”The Christian group will include 50 pilgrims coming from the Vatican to perform the rituals of pilgrimage in Ur ancient city.”

“The reception of the Christian delegation will be coordinated between the Iraqi Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and its Italian counterpart,” the source added. \END\
