Undersecretary of FM discusses with Hungary Ambassador to Iraq, mutual relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The , Undersecretary of Bilateral Relations within the Foreign Ministry, Nizar Alkaherallah, received, the Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary in Baghdad, Tibor Tamari, on Sunday.

A statement received by IraqiNews.com cited “The Undersecretary welcomed the Ambassador, stressing the close ties between the two countries, especially that Iraq is on the verge of opening up a broad reconstruction and there are new shifts in the Iraqi economy where Hungary has long experience in this regard in Iraq,” noting that ” Alkaherallah assured that the Iraqi Foreign Ministry is ready to extend bridges of cooperation with the Embassy of Hungary to facilitate all procedures.”

“For his part, the Hungarian Ambassador explained that he was proud to return to work in Baghdad as he previously worked in and other Iraqi provinces, noting that there are many agreements they are working on preparing for signing them invarious fields,” the statement added.

“The meeting was attended by Ambassador Ahmed Bamarni acting Chairman of the Department of Europe and Ambassador Jassim Mahawi,” the statement concluded.
