Babel First Alliance announces completing quorum to form Babel local government

Babel (IraqiNews.com) Babel First Alliance announced completing the quorum to form the local government in Babel province.

The spokesperson of the Alliance, Abdul Razaq al-Nasrawi, stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The new alliance comprises the Citizen bloc, al-Ahrar bloc, the United National Iraqiya Alliance, Iraqiyat Babel, Dawa Party and Babel Civil alliance where it has 17 seats and can complete the quorum to from the local government.”

“The next 24 hours will witness holding the fist session of the new Provincial Council,” he added, calling “The other political blocs to join the new alliance to participate in the new government.”
