Kurdish MP: Holding CoM session in Kurdistan Region to participate in settling pending issues

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Bakr Hama Sideeq, of the Kurdistani Islamic Union pointed out “Holding the session of the Council of Ministers in Kurdistan Region is a positive step to settle all the pending issues between the Central Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government.”

Earlier, the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, headed the session of the CoM in Erbil on last Sunday.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “Holding the CoM session in Erbil serves the political general situation in Iraq.”

“The constitution confirms possibility of holding the CoM session at any place in Iraq,” he concluded.
