Urgent – ..Iraq, Kuwait to hold economic forum to enhance investment

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, revealed “Iraq and Kuwaiti agreed upon holding an economic Forum to enhance the investment between them.”

In a joint press conference with his Iraqi counterpart, Hoshyar Zebari, Sabah stated “Both countries reached agreement over holding the forum with the participation of the private sector to explore the investment opportunities available in Iraq.”

“Dates were considered to hold the forum but the issue of organizing this forum is left for the technical joint committees of the two countries,” he concluded.
