Kurdistan Region Parliament ratifies Semi-Open Slate system for upcoming elections

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The Kurdistani Regional Parliament ratified the Semi-Open electoral Slate system instead of the closed one in upcoming elections.

A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan received by IraqiNews.com cited “This came during today’s session in which the Kurdish lawmakers approved the amending of the Kurdistan Parliament elections law.”
