BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: A car bomb blast left one man killed and three others wounded in the western Baghdad area of al-Mansour on Saturday, police said. “A car rigged with explosives went off near al-Sayer restaurant in the western Baghdad area of al-Mansour, western Baghdad, leaving one person killed and three others injured,” a security source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
