MP Timimi praises increasing petrodollar allocation for petroleum-producing provinces

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Chairman of Regions and Provinces Parliamentary Committee, Mansur al-Timimi stated that “The increase in the allocations of petrodollar for the petroleum-producing provinces will expand its authorities.”

Timimi reported in statement to IraqiNews.com ”The law stipulates increasing the allocation of petrodollar for the petroleum-producing provinces and that will have positive results for those provinces,” pointing out that ”These provinces are in need to increase its petrodollar allocations in order to increase its production in the future.”

”The increase in the share of petrodollar for the petroleum-producing provinces will expand its authorities to contribute in developing the infrastructure and promoting investment opportunities,” he added. END
