Urgent – IHEC proves forgery in Nineveh PC elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission IHEC revealed that it proved many forgery cases during the elections of Nineveh provincial council.

The deputy chairman of IHEC, Kate’ al-Zawbae stated to IraqiNews.com Wednesday “Results of many polling stations in Nineveh province have been cancelled because the IHEC proved presence of forgery cases by voters on those stations.”

“We could not identify the first winner in Nineveh elections,” he added, noting that “The results will be announced during the press conference to be held for this purpose on Wednesday afternoon.”
