KSA congratulates Iraq for relieving it from UN’s sanctions

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Kingdom of the Saudi Arabia congratulated Iraq for relieving it from the Seventh Chapter of the UN’s Charter.

The Saudi Riyadh Newspaper reported “The Saudi Ambassador to Sweden, Abdul Rahman al-Jadea, held a banquet for the Iraqi Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, attended by the Arab Ambassadors and some of the Swedish officials.”

” Jadea congratulated Zebari for the success of the Iraqi diplomatic efforts in releasing Iraq from the UN’s sanctions and retaining its normal position in the international community and the Arab League,” the newspaper added.

“Zebari appreciated Jadea’s congratulation and the value of KSA in the international, regional and Islamic communities,” the Newspaper concluded.
