Barzani, Kurdish political sides discuss his upcoming visit to Baghdad

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, briefed the representatives of the Kurdish political sides about the results of his recent visit to Russia and France and discussed with them his upcoming visit to Baghdad.

A statement by the Presidency of Kurdistan Region received by IraqiNews.com cited “Barzani held a meeting with the representatives of the Kurdish political sides on last Thursday.”

“The position of Kurdistan Region within the international community is improving gradually to be a prominent place for the multinational corporations and the centers of decision making,” the statement added.

“Barzani tackled the issue of his next visit accompanied by a governmental and political delegation to Baghdad within the next days,” the statement continued.

“The internal situation and the constitution as well as the elections were discussed in the meeting,” the statement concluded.
