21 wanted men, 15 suspects nabbed in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Twenty-one wanted men and 15 suspects on Sunday were arrested on criminal and terror-related charges in Basra province, the media office of Basra’s police said. “Police forces conducted a wide-scale search raid in different parts of the province, during which 21 wanted men and 15 suspects were captured and Kalashnikov rifles, nine vehicles and 11 motorbikes were seized,” the office told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Similar security operations will be carried out on a daily basis,” the office added.
