DIALA / IraqiNews.com: At least 12 people were killed and 11 others were wounded when a suicide bomber blew himself up in central Khaniqeen district in Diala, a police source said on Thursday. “A suicide bomber blew up an explosive belt strapped to his body inside a restaurant in central Khaniqeen district, killing 12 and injuring 11,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
