Urgent – .Quarrel starts between Nijaifi, SLC MPs in parliament

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A heated argument started between the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Osama al-Nijaifi, and the Members of Parliament of the State of Law Coalition headed by the Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, over lifting the parliament session of Monday without voting on the Federal Court law draft.

Parliamentary source reported to IraqiNews.com on Monday “The Parliament session witnessed a heated argument between the Speaker and SLC’ MPs over postponing the voting on the Federal Court law draft,” noting that “Nijaifi announced lifting thesession and postponing the vote on the law till next week.”

The leaders of the political blocs have agreed last Wednesday to vote for the Federal Court law draft.
